International Delivery (including Malaysia)
For deliveries via Speedpost Air Parcel and Speedpost EMS, online tracking is only available for selected countries. Where possible, we will update you with your tracking number.
International deliveries may incur additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These additional costs are not included in the checkout total upon making your purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these import fees in order to receive the shipment.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Lauren Jasmine, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lauren Jasmine. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
