Returns & Exchanges

Exchange and Refund Policy
Lauren Jasmine will only approve an exchange or a refund if the following conditions are met. We reserved the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the guidelines given.

1. The merchandise must be returned and reach us within 14 days of placing your order.
2. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
3. The merchandise must have all tags attached.

If you have made a purchase at the Lauren Jasmine flagship store (Pacific Plaza #02-03/04) and wish to make an exchange, please return to the boutique and our staff will help you with the process.

Instructions
Send us an email at info@laurenjasmineshop.com with the title "Exchange/Refund" within 7 days of placing your order. Provide us with the order number, the name of item that you wish to return and the reason for your return.

We will reply your email within 24 hours with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

You will also be notified via email once we have processed your return.

Refunds
Refunds must meet the above criteria and are only accepted in the event that

1. A defective item was sent to you and a replacement in the exact style, colour and size is no longer available. An item is considered defective if it has an inherent manufacturing flaw or if the item was damaged upon arrival.
2. The wrong item was sent to you and a replacement for the item you originally ordered is no longer available. For example, the wrong style arrived in your package, or the right style arrived in the wrong colour or size.

Upon approval of your return, Lauren Jasmine will proceed to provide you with a full refund, inclusive of any postage costs paid to us.

If we do have a replacement item, we will send it to you at our own cost.

Exchanges
Exchanges that meet the above criteria will receive store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned merchandise. The store credit can only be used at www.laurenjasmineshop.com and is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and all final sale items are non-exchangeable.
