Exchange and Refund Policy
Lauren Jasmine will only approve an exchange or a refund if the following conditions are met. We reserved the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the guidelines given.
If you have made a purchase at the Lauren Jasmine flagship store (Pacific Plaza #02-03/04) and wish to make an exchange, please return to the boutique and our staff will help you with the process.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title "Exchange/Refund" within 7 days of placing your order. Provide us with the order number, the name of item that you wish to return and the reason for your return.
We will reply your email within 24 hours with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
You will also be notified via email once we have processed your return.

Upon approval of your return, Lauren Jasmine will proceed to provide you with a full refund, inclusive of any postage costs paid to us.
If we do have a replacement item, we will send it to you at our own cost.
Exchanges that meet the above criteria will receive store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned merchandise. The store credit can only be used at www.laurenjasmineshop.com and is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and all final sale items are non-exchangeable.
